Pages are static. That means that the information displayed on a page doesn’t change, or doesn’t change often. A great example of a page would be the About or Contact Us section of a website.

Publish a New Page
Log in to your WordPress Administration Panel (Dashboard). Then go to Pages → Add New from your dashboard:
Start filling in the blanks: enter your page title in the upper field, and enter your page body content in the main post editing box below it. (More Information on the editor toolbar buttons can be found in the Help Center)
As needed, select a Parent, Template, Order, and make other selections from the sections to the right-hand side of the page.
When you are ready, click Publish.
Go Back and Edit Pages
To edit or delete a page (whether it’s a draft or has already been published), go to Pages → All Pages in your dashboard:
Here you’ll see a list of all of your pages. Clicking Edit under the name of a page will take you to the dashboard editor, where you can make changes. To delete a page, click Trash.
