Enabling Enhanced Security provides additional measures to keep your data secure by tracking users' IP addresses and providing additional challenge-response questions when users sign in from new IP addresses and when resetting forgotten passwords.
When users sign in for the first time after enhanced security is enabled, they will need to choose three security questions before they continue to the control panel, and their current IP address will be automatically registered with the system. On future logins from different IP addresses, in addition to supplying their usernames and passwords, users will be required to answer one of the three security questions before continuing to the control panel.
When users attempt to reset their passwords, they must answer a security question in order to receive the password reset email.
