IMPORTANT - Secure Contact Form

If your website hosts a non-secure contact form....

A form mail script that runs from the server is used to send completed form submissions. While the server may send these messages, internal systems such as your email server, network, or client side email settings may interfere with the delivery of messages sent.

In addition, Google is now requiring all sites who collect user data from a web form to add an SSL certificate.

To ensure proper delivery of submissions, compliance with HIPAA security and Googles SSL requirement, we are recommending an update of your form to Practis Forms. Many of our clients are already using Practis Forms for their secure form needs.

Please contact our support center to request more information. If you'd like to update your form, simply complete our online signup form at practisforms.com.
